About Amanda.

When not performing brilliant hairstyles on happy clients, Amanda enjoys practicing medicinal herbalism, gardening, yoga, and motherhood.  She lives on a beautiful 5 1/2 acre farm in Madison County with her husband, daughter, dog,  2 cats, and chickens.

Amanda began her career as a hair designer 14 years ago on Boulder, Colorado.  She apprenticed with a number of top designers in the Boulder/Denver region and quickly made a name for herself.  Her clientele is diverse, as she enjoys a good challenge and hates to pigeon-hole herself as a specialist in just one area or another.   Whether your hair is curly or straight, fine, thin, thick, or somewhere in between, you can count on Amanda to listen, offer helpful advice about your hair, and give a great cut or color that fits your vision and lifestyle.
Here at Wildflower Studio she combines her talents for hair artistry with a passion for the environment, wellness, and vibrant beauty.  She is constantly in pursuit of new and inventive ways to lessen her carbon footprint on the earth while keeping herself and her clients looking fabulous!
